Diana Mylene is an RYT-200 yoga teacher and Bio-Well certified practitioner. Her sessions invite intentional listening and rest; experiences vary, and no particular wellness result is promised.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a listening experience with instruments such as gongs, quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes. There is no water involved. Guests can lie down or sit comfortably while Diana guides a sound journey, with space for silence and rest. No meditation experience is needed.
Where can I book a sound bath in Miami or South Florida?
Diana brings her instruments to your chosen venue rather than hosting sessions at a home studio. She serves Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach counties. Private homes, wellness spaces, workplaces and retreat venues can be discussed during a discovery call. Additional travel fees apply outside Miami-Dade County.
How long is a session, and which instruments are included?
A typical session lasts 90 minutes, including bowls, 45 minutes of continuous gongs, and time to integrate with silence, chimes and nature sounds. The event format and instrument selection are tailored with Diana during the discovery call.
How much does a private sound bath cost?
Pricing is confirmed during the discovery call, based on travel distance, group size and the instruments selected. Share your venue, preferred date and approximate number of guests when you inquire so Diana can discuss the right format and price with you.
Can you bring a session to our office or retreat?
Yes. Diana offers on-location sound journeys for corporate wellness, private groups, community gatherings and retreats. Integrated sound and yoga is also available. Tell her about your space, group and timing so she can plan an appropriate setup.
What space do we need? Can we host outdoors?
Choose a quiet space where guests can lie down or sit comfortably, with a clear area for the instruments. Outdoor and coastal settings, including gardens, beaches and boats, are discussed with Diana in advance. Weather, shade and surfaces need to be considered before confirming the setting.
What if I have a medical condition or need accommodations?
You are responsible for speaking with Diana directly before the sound bath so she can discuss accommodations. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or are sensitive to sound, consult your healthcare professional when appropriate. A sound bath is a complementary wellness practice, not medical or mental-health treatment, and no specific health outcome is guaranteed.
